1. Delivery from the Gr Mobile store, \ Menandrou 53, Omonoia Athens, 104 32 Athens, within 3 working days, serves retail, wholesale (B2B) customers and device pickups/shipments – service and technical support (computers, game consoles, mobile phones, tablets, gadgets,. ..)
2. Delivery by ACS COURIER (Delivery in 1-3 working days, depending on the destination and time period. In high load seasons such as Christmas – Easter Holiday Season, the time period is varied and customers will be informed about the exact delivery time) .
3. Shipping and packaging costs are: €5.00 for parcels up to 2 kg, and €1.00 for each additional kg.
4. For hard-to-reach areas within Greece, the shipping and packaging costs are: extra €3.00 for parcels up to 2 kg, and €3.50 for each additional kg.
5. If you wish to pay by cash on delivery (cash on delivery) the additional service fee for destinations in Greece is: €3.00.
6. For delivery on Saturday (as it is a non-working day) by courier there is an additional charge of €3.00.
7. The products are transported insured on behalf of the customer under the responsibility of the courier company. After delivery and receipt of the package, the responsibility is transferred to the customer.
